Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Since my tours are a personal service rather than a physical product, the standard return policy doesn’t apply. Instead, refunds are handled based on when you cancel:
- More than 14 days before your tour — Full refund, no questions asked.
- Between 14 days and 24 hours before your tour — A cancellation fee of 500 SEK will be deducted from your refund. This applies to the entire booking regardless of the number of participants.
- Less than 24 hours before your tour — The full booking amount will be retained and no refund will be issued.
To cancel, please contact me as soon as possible at stockholm@bikeguide.se. The cancellation time is based on when I receive your message.
Refund Processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid via Klarna, the refund will be processed through Klarna and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you haven’t received your refund after a few days, please check your Klarna app first, then contact your bank. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to me at stockholm@bikeguide.se.
Exceptional Circumstances
If I need to cancel a tour due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.
